I achieved an ATAR of 97.30 in my HSC (2013) and was placed on the All-Round Achievers list, topping multiple subjects within my school. Inspired by my own exceptional teachers, I then went on to earn a BA/BEd from USYD with First Class Honours and began my classroom teaching career in 2019. I have taught in a range of both public and private schools across Sydney. I am now enhancing my professional knowledge by pursuing a specialist masters degree in Curriculum and Assessment through UNSW, both for my own enjoyment and for the benefit of my students. My tutoring methods are informed by my dual experiences of being both a high achieving student and a dedicated teacher. I am old enough to have tutored for over ten years, and to have taught for five, yet young enough to remember the pressures of the HSC firsthand. Long story short - I love learning and I want my students to love it too. Learning should not be something that is dreaded or feared - it should be something that students enjoy and embrace! I aim to inspire this in my tutoring. My goal is to empower my students to take their learning to the next level - by building the knowledge and skills necessary for success - whatever that may look like for them.
