About
I'm retired now but I have had a very extensive career in a variety of fields including commercial fishing and coastal shipping. Later in life I went back to University and did a postgraduate Masters in Education at James Cook University. My first degree was a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Zoology from Aberdeen University. I have at various times tutored in numeracy, literacy, English, all the sciences, and various other subjects at all levels up to Year 12 and first year uni. I'm pretty good at explaining things and students I have tutored have invariably found my advice beneficial.
