CAN YOU PLEASE CONTACT THE TUTOR FOR ME?

Unfortunately, no. We do not run a support or agency service but if you sign up to make an account, you can find tutors around your area and message them directly from the website.


I HAVE CONTACTED TUTORS AND THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED.
HAS MY MESSAGES GONE THROUGH TO THEM?

Make sure you activate your account to ensure your message goes through to your tutor. If your account is not activated, the tutor will not receive the message. Once your account is activated, you will be able to see your messages in the ‘Messages’ tab on the top of the website when you are logged in.

Another tip is to contact tutors that have a “Very Responsive” badge as they are more likely to reply quicker! You are more than welcome to contact multiple tutors at once as it gives you more options to find the best tutor that suits the student.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ACTIVATION EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have tried to resend your activation email multiple times and you have not received it, please email support at support@highschooltutors.com.au using the email address you have signed up with and we will assist you from there.


DOES YOUR WEBSITE HAVE SCREENING FOR TUTORS?

No, we do not screen our tutors for police checks and Working with Children Checks. Often, tutors will list this in their description otherwise please contact the tutor directly.


I AM TRANSITIONING FROM A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT TO A UNIVERSITY STUDENT. HOW DO I CHANGE THIS?
