I work as a teacher in Japan and as a tutor online to students worldwide. I have over 6 years of experience teaching and tutoring, including creating lesson/study plans, tailoring sessions specifically for each student, and monitoring their progress. I received 13 years of Australian schooling, I also have a Diploma in Photography & Photo-imaging and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Digital Media. My teaching style: Not only do I aim to embed a deep understanding of the subject material into each student, but I also have knowledge of the ins and outs of Queensland's curriculum; I can help significantly with deconstructing, understanding, and appealing to assessment criteria to help students achieve improved grades. Instead of telling students how to solve a problem, I use probing questions that guide them to figure out the solution. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are at the core of Australia's curriculum. Once a student is comfortable with these skills, they'll quickly realize there's nothing they can't understand.
