About

I am a graduate student who has a great passion for Mathematics and Physics. I also received good grades in Religion and Ethics (total average of A) and Business and Technology (total average of A-). These results helped to receive my OP 5 which allowed to me study the course, Mechanical Engineering. I studied two units of Engineering in university while also completing my last year of Highschool (2016), which allowed me to see the different environments and how the transition between these environments work. I have also received credits and distinctions as well as high distinctions in University. Currently, i have graduated from a double degree in mechanical engineering and mathematics, and i now work in consulting within climate and engineering at Deloitte. I have a bubbly personality and work easy with people. I love to try to share my joy and enthusiasm in these subjects with other people. I am good at explaining topics and have a great amount of patience. I found that I can easily help over the phone through explanation and online services such as skype, zoom, facetime, video call etc, as well as in person (only brisbane in person). I am responsible and friendly. In addition to that, I am also fluent in Dutch. I am keen to help and tutor anyone who needs, especially in Mathematics and Physics. Additionally, I have the skills to help students adjust to the new ATAR system with current syllabus’ available for physics and maths. I have currently got experience in tutoring students for five years. I always make sure to have availability. I am based in Brisbane and Gold coast, Elanora area (however due to relocation to Brisbane, have made tutoring for Gold Coast online). I would love to hear from you!

Justine is a great tutor, during grade 12 she was able to help me with Maths and Physics. It was refreshing every week as we didn’t have to do your fundamental method of tutoring, it could be changed depending on the topics. She always helped me understand and master the concepts better than I could before.

Justine helped me learn and refresh the basics of maths in preparation for year 12. She was always very enthusiastic and actually made maths enjoyable. Justine tutored my son for Math B in year 12. At the start of the year he wasn’t keeping up and was lacking motivation and organisational skills. He finally agreed to have a tutor and I was fortunate to find Justine on high school tutors.com.au. Justine was genuinely interested in helping my son to understand maths concepts and meet year 12 expectations. His grades improved over the year with her support. Justine was also able to coach him with a Chemistry assignment. This wasn’t one of Justine’s subject areas but she had the skills to guide and motivate him on this task. I would highly recommend Justine for tutoring. Justine was very reliable, flexible and able to build knowledge, skills and confidence in a relatively short period of time. She is a lovely, respectful person and we enjoyed having her in our home. I wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Justine is a lovely uni student who helped me understand topics that my teacher at school didn't explain very well even if I asked for him to explain how to do each step. As someone who started to dislike doing Maths B and C, she made it a bit more enjoyable and I could understand topics better. I would highly recommend Justine.

Justine has been an angel for our family. Her bubbly personality and kind heart was so wonderful for our 13 year old daughter. Justine has such a gift with young people and makes learning simple and fun. Justine broke down each topic and used diagrams to ensure my daughter understood the fundamentals. She set challenges and repeated tasks in different ways until my daughter was confident to work independently. Justine was available to my daughter on the phone and established a lovely bond between them. She went from a Maths - phobic child to one keen for tutoring at her own pace.
