98+ ATAR ✅ Currently studying Bachelor of Vision Science / Masters of Optometry at QUT 👓 Hi :) I'm Trinh and I am a 2023 graduate of Brisbane State High School. Over the past 4 years, I have gained a wealth of experience tutoring kids as young as grade 4 to older students in grade 10. This experience has undeniably allowed me to tailor the way I teach to suit each student's unique needs; whether it be learning hands on, gentle guidance or repetitive drilling. In my senior year, I achieved remarkable grades (A+) for: English (96), Physics (95), and Chemistry (93). On top of being well versed in general literary analysis, my understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts allows me to feel confident in my ability to transfer my knowledge over to any senior students in need of guidance. I know how to structure essays, pace their exam revision and hence give them the best shot at achieving their potential on assignments and exams in these three subjects. For any students not quite in their senior year (or not even in high school yet), my plethora of high distinctions and distinctions alike in the nationwide ICAS competitions and Australian Math Competitions showcase a high level of proficiency in a range of subjects, most notably English and Math. With my experience, I believe that developing problem solving skills at a young age is a direct factor to success; and I have plenty of resources on hand such as past papers, textbooks and workbooks to help them achieve this goal.
