Medicine Student | 99.85 ATAR | College Captain + Dux | 5+ Years Experience. Hello, I'm Mitch, I was the 2023 College Captain and Dux of Villanova College (Coorparoo) and an experienced tutor, currently in my first year of the Doctor of Medicine program at Griffith University. I was part of the direct entry via the Bachelor of Medical Science pathway, which I completed accelerated in 2 years with a 6.9/7.0 GPA. I received an ATAR of 99.85, achieving 100/100 in 3 of my subjects and receiving subject prizes for all 6 my senior subjects and many throughout previous school years. On top of my studies, I was the College Captain, and national athlete, representing Queensland and Australia in middle distance athletics. Hence I am very aware of how to balance studies with meetings, speeches, events, training sessions, competitions, as well as social life and all the expectations of a balanced grade 12 experience. I am passionate about helping students achieve their goals - in academics, leadership and elite sport. Every tutoring session is tailored to meet your specific needs in preparation for your assignments and exams. Year 12 marks: Maths methods: 100/100 Specialist maths: 98/100 Physics: 100/100 Chemistry 99/100 English: 100/100 Study of Religion: 96/100 Going into my external exams, I had received 100% in all internal assessments for my 6 subjects so I also have lots of high-level exemplars and study resources to provide. I was also dux or second to dux of my cohort every year from year 6 through to year 12. So was a diligent student all throughout high school. I am happy to tutor younger students in any of their subjects, as well as providing some overall academic mentorship. For grade 11-12's, my expertise largely reside in the 6 senior subjects I did myself (seen above), but I have had experience with a few other subjects (general maths, biology etc.) so don't hesitate to ask. I have been tutoring since I was in grade 11 (2022), so approaching 5 years of experience, with the last 2 years primarily online based, so I have a great understanding of what works, and how to get the most out of our sessions. My current availability only allows me to do online sessions. However, for Year 12 Students Looking for External Prep, I may be able to offer in person depending on timing. Please reach out, I would be happy to help! Cheers, Mitch
