I am currently studying an advanced honours Bachelors degree in Physics at Queensland University of Technology, accepted with an ATAR score of 89.80. While all my subjects were strong, Physics and Literature were the best of the 5, achieving an 89 and an 84 in both respectively. In Literature I studied a variety of texts, including Only the Animals, MAUS, Wuthering Heights, Heart of Darkness, Things Fall Apart, Black Medea, Beneath Clouds, Interstellar, Pan's Labyrinth, alongside a variety of diverse and complex short stories. In my spare time, I am a writer of both creative and analytical pieces, and as such am well equipped to provide advice for the tasks in Literature. In Physics, I studied topics ranging from Newtonian Mechanics, Orbital Mechanics, Special Relativity, General Relativity, The Standard Model, Quantum Theory, Wave Mechanics, Inclined Planes, Particle Motion, Feynman Diagrams, alongside other supplementary topics and, from further refinement as part of my university studies, have completely mastered the Physics syllabus. My teaching style is highly adaptable depending on the needs of the client/s, though, I excel at explaining complex concepts in simple, digestable terms through a variety of methods, whether it be using metaphors, analogies or presenting diagrams. I am highly open to feedback from clients in order to alter my teaching style to better fit their needs. I can help clients with grasping complex topics, reinforcing existing knowledge through challenging multi-step problems, working through questions step by step, teaching them how to break a complex problem down into parts, and most importantly, how to score well based on what the ATAR system asks of them, having experience going through it myself.
