Hi, I'm Jasmine, a lifelong learner and passionate tutor. In the past year, I've worked as a professional tutor to 10 students from primary to high school. I've been informally helping my peers and younger students all throughout my life. My enthusiasm for learning has led to me develop and practice effective study methods and more lively and relatable communication of difficult-to-reach ideas. My deep involvement in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics has afforded me a keen sense for the common stumbling blocks students face. Through years of immersion, I've cultivated the ability to quickly spot the knowledge-gaps that often lie at the heart of misunderstandings. A new focus in my work is tutoring neurodiverse students, particularly those with autism and/or ADHD. I've always worked with my students in a way that uniquely benefits them, and that remains the case for the 4 neurodiverse students I've tutored.
