Hi there, I'm Evelyn and I'm studying BSc Natural Sciences (physics major, physical chemistry minor) at the University College London (UCL) - a top 10 internationally rated university. I have full availability for in-person and/or online tutoring from 20th June to 20th September 2026 as I am returning home to Brisbane for my university holidays, with potential to extend online beyond this. I graduated as a boarder from Somerville House in 2023 with an ATAR of 98.75, and have ~1 year tutoring experience. Additionally, I'm interested in pursuing graduate entry medicine in Australia, and have achieved a 95th+ percentile GAMSAT score on my first attempt. I'm passionate about making difficult subjects feel more approachable for all students, and helping to manage time by assisting with planning and study techniques to maximise outcomes. When I first began studying them, I felt STEM subjects in high school seemed abstract and difficult to understand. However, I now believe a deep understanding of these subjects can be obtained by tackling them systematically, with adjustments made for the individual student's learning style.
