Hi everyone! My name is Tom, and I am a graduate mechanical engineer from the University of Queensland. I have tutored engineering courses at UQ over the last few years including 'Machine Element Design', 'Intermediate Mechanical and Space Dynamics', 'Introduction to Engineering Design and Manufacturing', 'Systems Engineering Principles' and 'Professional Practice and the Business Environment'. I am currently working as a design engineer within the automotive industry, but I enjoy tutoring immensely! Maths, chemistry, physics, design/technology and engineering are areas I am passionate about, taking satisfaction in helping students succeed. I am available to tutor most weekday afternoons and all day on weekends. I am based in Carina Heights and can tutor online or one-on-one, I am more than happy for either! I can help you approach problems in multiple ways to see which works for you, help with homework/assignments, provide effective study tips and give high school/university/industry advice.
