I will help them realise their academic potential by providing studying tips on how to take notes and review content effectively. I strongly believe that the key to improving as a student is in understanding the content you study instead of just memorising/rote learning. My teaching style is adaptable to each student, this including self-directed lessons or lessons where I prepare content ahead of time and explain it etc. As a recent IB graduate, I have access to a vast source of past paper questions, exemplar IAs and textbook resources, which I am more than happy to share with my students. ⭐$50/hr Standard Tutoring⭐: While I primarily offer online microsoft teams lessons, I am more than happy to talk to parents about arranging in-person tutorials whether that be at the student's house or at a library through email or text. Please refer to my travel policy for my information. And yes, I offer the first lesson half price! Please be advised that this ONLY applies to standard tutoring and NOT my essay review service. 👓$60/essay IA/EE/Assignment review👓: Throughout high school at QASMT, I consistently scored above 80% for all of my assignments and have lots of tips on structure, critical thinking and finding sources. Thus, I offer IA reviews corresponding to my subjects and biology EE reviews within a 3-day window time. This will involve the student receiving a word document containing my feedback and a complementary online or in-person lesson where I go through any queries your student may have. 🏫QASMT Exam/Interview prep🏫: As someone who sat the QASMT exam and interview, I am more than happy to help your student in their preparation journey for the rigorous QA selection process. I am knowledgeable in the concepts and question-styles tested in both the year 5 and 9 tests. While, I am not responsible for purchasing practise exam questions, I am able to explain confusing questions that students bring to me. Additionally, I will provide your students with a range of exam-taking and preparation tips. Pricing will follow the standard tutoring (does not qualify for bonus discount). 🌟BONUS DISCOUNTS | 1st lesson HALF-PRICE🌟: As I specialise in tutoring for IB, I do offer a discounted rate of $45/hr for tutorials regarding ATAR/Year 10 curriculum and a further $40/hr discount rate for junior high (Yrs 7-9) and primary school students. Please refer to the list of subjects to the left. These services qualify for my first lesson half price policy. I am confident in my ability to explain concepts and answer questions but may require additional information about your specific program and curriculum to adjust my teaching style in helping you succeed.

Character references

Leon has been an incredible tutor for my boys, helping them prepare for their Year 10 entrance exam to QASMT. His positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and my boys have made significant progress under his guidance. Leon's ability to provide clear direction and support when needed has been invaluable, and his persistence in resolving difficult questions has been inspiring. He is an exceptional mentor and role model, and I am grateful for his dedication to my boys' success. I will definitely recommend him and will be engaging him to tutor my boys again in Year 10.
