99.3 ATAR |2023 Graduate Hello! My name is Megan. I am a recent high school graduate from Mansfield State High School with an ATAR of 99.3 in 2023. I will be studying Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (honours) at University of Queensland in 2024, having received first round offers. As I bilingual tutor, I can speak both in English and Chinese fluently, allowing students to learn in the language they are most familiar in. Below are my results achieved in Year 12: Physics: 99/100 (Internals: 50/50, Externals: 49/50) Chemistry: 98/100 (Internals: 50/50, Externals: 48/50) Economics: 96/100 (Internals: 24/25, 25/25, 25/25, Externals: 22/25) English: 97/100 (Internals: 24/25, 25/25, 24/25, Externals: 24/25) Mathematical Methods: 92/100 (Internals: 20/20, 13/15, 13/15, Externals: 46/50) Japanese: 98/100 (Internals: 14/15, 30/30, 30/30, Externals: 24/25) I am offering tutoring for year 12 Chemistry, Economics, Physics and Japanese. I will customise my lessons based on each students’ needs. For example, I am able to help students get ahead in their learning, making them feel more comfortable in class, or I can also help students consolidate the information they learn in class and explaining specific parts that they do not understand. Furthermore, I am able to edit assignments, including student experiments and research investigations for the sciences, IAs for economics and PSMT for methods. I am also offering tutoring for lower grades student (Year 7-10) maths and sciences. As my student, you will have access to: • Comprehensive notes I made throughout my senior year for each subject that addresses the subject course syllabus, including examples and my own explanations that are easy to understand. • Loads of practice exams and resources for IAs and externals (NEAP, QTE, QEP… etc.) I understand that Year 12 is an extremely stressful journey for all students, but I believe with the help of mine, and the extensive resource provided, students will be able to understand content more thoroughly and efficiently, making the journey less daunting. Moreover, in my lessons, I encourage students to feel free to ask questions about any material that remains unclear to them. I am willing to explain concepts multiple times in different ways with patience. I promise that you can still enjoy Year 12 while achieving high marks; there is no need to overwork yourself!
