Hi all 👋!
I'm Joshua and I graduated in 2021 from Mansfield State High School with an ATAR 98.15. For the past two years, I have been a tutor and have personally worked with over 40 different students via both online (zoom) and in-person sessions (nearby public vicinities i.e. libraries). Additionally, my previous year 12 students who graduated in 2023 have all received offers from their dream unis to study their most preferred degrees. My highest achieving student received an ATAR 97.5 and scored 90+ in Methods, Chemistry and Biology. Furthermore, my current year 12 students have all achieved high A's for their IA1s.
My lessons are centered on personalised learning geared towards improving the student's specific weakpoints within the school/QCAA curriculum to maximise results. Having recently been affiliated with the new ATAR system, I am very familiar with the ins and outs of the system and can provide valuable insight into achieving the best possible results regarding ATAR.

1 on 1 tutoring: $60/hr
Group tutoring (2 or 3 Students): $35/hr

Joshua is a well-composed and compassionate teacher who always makes sure to give all his students the best experience possible. He is a hard-working and selfless individual and willingly takes away free time from his day to develop personalised worksheets, think of study plans and strategies for his students to succeed in their academic goals. I strongly believe Joshua would be a great tutor for any student as he possesses all the required attributes of a great tutor. In all his academic years, he has achieved significantly high results, averaging predominantly As in both primary and high school. The subjects he excels at the most are maths, English and science. Furthermore, Joshua is a very compassionate person who will go the extra mile to really develop a profound relationship with another person.
