Hey Guys! My name is Haneen and I am currently a fourth-year university student. I am studying Law and Business (Honours) at QUT. I graduated from Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology (QASMT) in 2018, having achieved an ATAR of 97% equivalent. I am offering tutoring in the following IB subjects: English SL/HL Business Management SL/HL Biology SL/HL Extended Essay- English/Religious studies My work experience includes: Founder and Partner of Lucidus Tutoring (current); Consultant at QProcurement (current); Conveyancing Assistant Empire; Legal Advisor BRQ (Volunteer); Legal Assistant Caxton (Volunteer); and English/Arabic Legal and Medical Interpreter. However, up until the end of 2020, I was employed by the Queensland Department of Education as an Education Support Worker (Teacher Aide) for primary and secondary schools. Part of my role was working with students with special needs, to meet their academic requirements. As a result, I owe a legal duty of care to provide a safe learning environment for my students. Furthermore, my top priority is to meet the learning goals that the students have set out for themselves. My role has allowed me to develop various teaching methods for students with different learning styles. As a teacher aide, I worked with multiple staff members to form a plan, which will allow students to meet their academic goals. My experience in Queensland Education has qualified me to tutor in the following QCE Subjects: English Business Management Humanities (Legal studies, Religious studies, Geography and History) Psychology General Science Biology Mathematics Social and Community Certificate work I can provide feedback on IB internal assessment or QCE assignment. I can offer digital feedback for assignments (IB and ATAR) for a negotiable hourly rate depending on how much time you would like me to spend on your assignment. I am willing to do Skype tutoring sessions and group tutoring. The price for digital feedback and Skype tutoring is negotiable. Group sessions will occur at a concession rate. I am currently also in the process of starting up my own tutoring business. This has required me to continuously research the best ways to meet students' needs and succeeded in their goals.
