From high achievers looking for an academic edge, to students struggling with their grades and frustrated with school — I work with a wide range of primary, secondary and university students. I am particularly passionate about helping students struggling to learn effectively in their classroom environment and have broad experience assisting students with a number of learning disorders ranging from mild to severe.
In addition to providing holistic academic support to students from years 2-12, I tutor International Baccalaureate subjects (IB) and specialise in preparing primary and secondary students for external assessments, scholarship applications and selective school entrance exams including: NAPLAN, American SAT, and HAST /entry to Brisbane State High School.
I am a specialist tutor with a strong academic record — Graduating with honours from the UQ School of Law in 2023. Drawing from several years of experience working with large groups, private bookings and after-school college classrooms — I provide a unique service to my clients helping them to holistically improve their academic outlook. I approach each student as an individual with their own unique strengths, weaknesses, learning styles and interests. I adjust accordingly to my clients needs, seeking to provide the best service for each individual. I believe that education is best valued and appreciated by students when they find purpose and enjoyment in their activities. For this reason, I seek to make every subject as engaging and enjoyable as possible, and attempt to demonstrate real world application to whatever we are studying.
