Emily Y.

4 Unit English | Band 6 Legal Studies | Band 6 Music 1 | Macquarie Commerce Hi, my name is Emily, I am an enthusiastic English and legal tutor with a passion for helping students excel in their studies and boost their confidence. I am patient, enthusiastic and supportive and aim to create a tailored and collaborative learning environment for students, while encouraging my students to ask questions and communicate their ideas. Being that I am a 2026 high school graduate from Carlingford High School, I know the ins and outs of current school curriculums, marker expectations, HSC subject scaling and ranks. I aim to help students with assignments, class content, exam preparations, essay writing skills and student techniques. I was a 4 unit English student (English Advance, English Extension 1, English Extension 2) and therefore am able to help with major works, juggling the different forms of English, and assist in the different writing methods each subject requires. I offer online tutoring for anything relating to English, Legal Studies and Music 1 (playing alto saxophone) content, essays and exam/ assignment preparations.
