Aryan T.

Hi, I'm Aryan. I study Mechatronics Engineering and Business Information Systems at the University of Queensland, and I finished school with a 97.8 ATAR through the IB (Maths AA HL, Physics HL, Economics HL). I've tutored for over four years, across junior and senior Maths, Physics and Economics. My lessons find the exact step where understanding breaks, rebuild it, then practise until your child can do it alone. Most students don't need more content. They need someone to spot the one idea they skipped two topics ago. Every lesson is online, using a shared whiteboard, and you get written notes afterwards so parents can see what was covered. I work to your school's assessment calendar, including internal assessments, exam blocks and the QCE external exams. The first 20 minutes are free: we work through a real problem together and you decide whether it's a fit. I hold a Queensland Blue Card. Each 60-minute lesson follows the same pattern: 1. A quick check of last week's work. 2. A worked example on the topic your child finds hardest. 3. Guided practice, where they do the next one while I watch the method. 4. One exam-style question under time pressure. For seniors, I plan around internal assessments and the external exam, including practice papers in the weeks before. After each lesson you get notes listing what we covered and what to practise. Lessons run on Google Meet with a shared whiteboard, so all your child needs is a laptop or tablet. Small-group options and a January Year 12 Physics Head Start course are also available.
