99.15 ATAR | USYD Law | State Rank Modern History (14th in 2025) | Abbotsleigh | Maths Advanced Accelerated (2024) | National Swimmer *** Hi, I'm Lara, a passionate tutor dedicated to helping high school students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I graduated from Abbotsleigh in 2025, and am currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Sydney. Having recently completed the HSC, I understand the challenges students face and what HSC markers are looking for. My results included achieving a 99+ ATAR, coming 14th in the state for Modern History (HSC mark 97) and scoring 96 in Economics. In addition, I completed Maths Advanced accelerated, scoring 94. I also scored a Band 6/E4 in English Advanced and Maths Extension 1 respectively. Since graduating, I have gained tutoring experience both independently and through established tutoring companies. I understand that each student learns differently, and tailor my teaching style and lesson plans for each student, to ensure they get the most out of their lessons. I also look forward to assisting students in balancing busy schedules and optimising study time, having experience in balancing my studies with the demands of competitive swimming. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
