Kindlewood Tutoring

Kindlewood Tutoring is a Melbourne tutoring team for high school students, from Year 7 through to VCE. Our approach is simple: a tutor who excelled in the exact exams your child is preparing for gets better results. Every Kindlewood tutor achieved an ATAR of 97 or above, which puts them among the highest achieving VCE students in Victoria. Our VCE tutors also scored a raw study score of 40 or more in every subject they teach. A Chemistry tutor scored 40 or more in Chemistry, not just a high ATAR overall. Every tutor holds a current Working With Children Check. For Years 7 to 10 we tutor Maths, English, Science, Commerce and Chinese, and prepare students for scholarship and selective school exams. We focus on closing gaps early and building the confidence students need before VCE. For VCE we cover more than 20 subjects, including English, English Language, Literature, EAL, General Maths, Methods, Specialist, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Legal Studies, History, Sociology, Health and Human Development, PE, Media, French and Chinese. Lessons focus on what actually lifts a study score: exam technique, SAC preparation and knowing exactly what examiners reward. Every family starts with a free 20 to 30 minute video consultation. We look at where your child is now and what they want to achieve, then match them with the tutor who best fits their subject and the way they learn. Students keep the same tutor every session, lessons follow a plan built around their goals, and parents get progress updates after lessons. Lessons run online anywhere in Australia, or in person at your home across Melbourne. Online lessons are 70 dollars per hour for Years 7 to 10 and 75 dollars per hour for VCE. Small group lessons of two to four students start from 40 dollars per student. There are no lock-in contracts and no upfront deposits, and if the tutor is not the right fit, we rematch you for free.
