Hi, I’m Yasunori, a native Japanese teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience in Australia and Japan. I hold a PhD in Linguistics from Macquarie University, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Applied Linguistics. My lessons are informed by both my teaching experience and my academic knowledge of language teaching and learning. I offer personalised online academic support for students studying Japanese at school. Lessons are adjusted to each student’s schoolwork, current level and individual learning needs. I support HSC and VCE Japanese students, with a primary focus on writing and speaking. I also provide grammar support as needed. I also offer General Japanese lessons for high school students, including complete beginners. Lessons are conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Private lessons are $60 per hour.
