Hi! My name is Sonya, and I’m a passionate and experienced English teacher. I have over 25 years of experience in teaching, from primary to high school and through to university level. I absolutely love English and enjoy helping students develop their confidence, skills and enjoyment of the subject. I can provide tutoring through to university level, supporting students with reading, writing, grammar, comprehension and general English skills. I can also assist students looking to improve their academic English, both written and spoken, including essay writing, assignments and English preparation for university. I'm a registered teacher, currently teaching and have my ochre/working with children card. Whether you’re looking for ongoing support, help with a particular area of English, or assistance preparing for assessments, I’m happy to tailor lessons to suit your individual needs. Tutoring is available in person or online, depending on your preference.
