I graduated from Mercedes College in 2025 as College Dux with a 99.75 ATAR, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at La Trobe University. I tutor Maths, Science and English from Years 7–10, and UCAT preparation for students targeting medicine or dentistry. I've been tutoring for 3 years. How I work 📈 A record built on efficiency, not hours College Dux, 99.75, a SACE Merit in Accounting, and 19.6 to 19.7 across English, Methods, Chemistry and Biology. I'm also the only student in my school's history to accelerate in Biology and Maths Methods at the same time, which meant sitting Stage 2 content early in two subjects at once. That forced me to work out how to compress a course without falling behind, and that's the part I actually teach. I'll show you more than one route through a problem, so you can cross-check your own answers, catch errors before the marker does, and stop losing marks to things you already knew. 🧠 I sat this curriculum last year, not a decade ago Three years of tutoring has convinced me that students often move faster with someone close to their own age. I finished school in 2025, so the syllabus, the exam format and the traps that quietly cost marks are all current for me. I also know what it feels like to be stuck. English never came naturally to me. I got on top of it by cycling through techniques until one finally clicked. That's how I approach every student: find the method that fits you, instead of repeating the one that already isn't working. 🦷 UCAT preparation from someone who sat it and got in I scored 2240 on the UCAT and used it to secure a offer in dentistry. Most UCAT tutoring is content review, but the test isn't a content test. It's a speed and decision-making test, and almost everyone loses marks to timing rather than ability. I know that first-hand. I burned close to half my clock in Decision Making and lost five minutes in Quantitative Reasoning, and still scored 900 in QR because I had a triage system for which questions to attack and which to abandon. That's what I coach: section-by-section timing strategy, when to guess and move on, pattern recognition in Abstract and Decision Making, and how to build a realistic practice schedule in the months before you sit.
