I am a university researcher working at UNSW with a PhD in chemistry. I specialise in chemistry and biology, with a strong background in modern history and writing as well. I usually tutor on campus or online, but also can do home visits where feasible. My teaching style is to be patient and understanding with students, and is focussed on helping students to understand the foundational concepts of science to form a strong basis of basic principles upon which they can use to solve any problem. I can help with homework or simply to go over the concepts which students may be struggling with or have missed during class. My rates are $100 for the first hour, $50 for subsequent hours.
