⭐All rounder ⭐99.45 ATAR ⭐2 Years of Tutoring Experience⭐HD WAM Hi there, I'm Timothy, I studied at Ryde Secondary College for 4 years and Normanhurst Boys High School for year 11 and 12 so that means I've experienced a broad range of school environments, from a school with less academic focus to a highly focused environment while thriving academically in both. This experience means I can quickly understand where a student is at and adapt my approach, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I truly believe that every student can succeed given the right opportunities and guidance. Take my own example as a testament to this mentality, in year 11 when I just moved to Normanhurst, I was struggling in English. I was ranked 78/124 students, but with the right guidance and motivation, I was able to eventually achieve an external mark of 93! So with the experience of knowing what it feels like to struggle through year 11 and 12, I believe I can not only catapult you to the same success but motivate you to achieve the best that you can. How I teach • I start by finding out what you already know and where the gaps are • I adjust my explanations, pace and practice questions to how you learn best • I am available both online or in person at your local library • Open to both 1:1 and group tuition (which will be cheaper!)
