Hello, I'm Noah!
I am a first year student at Griffith University currently studying a Bachelor of Dental Health Science, Masters of Dentistry. I am very familiar with the Australian curriculum and have previously been tutored by many different tutors giving me lots of exposure.

Please reach out via email with your name, year level, and subject(s) you’re interested in.
I offer both in-person sessions (preferably in a public library) and online tutoring for flexibility and convenience.
I have achieved an ATAR of 97.50 and found a particular interest in mathematics especially calculus. I also enjoyed learning and studying chemistry and biology with topics including redox reactions, acids and bases and molecules for chemistry and homeostasis and DNA for biology. I have also done extensive practice and learning for the UCAT, achieving a score of 3100 in 2024 before the test was changed.
Teaching style
I believe in walking through questions with students and allowing them to answer it themselves before assisting and providing hints and suggestions. I believe learning ultimately comes down to the student and just handing them the answer doesn't teach them nearly as much as letting them work it out for themselves. However I do believe each student has different strengths, weaknesses and learning styles and believe I can adequately adapt to different learning styles to provide the best learning experience for each individual student.
I tend to focus on the underlying concept rather than how to answer a specific question, believing that students should know how to answer a question rather than just what the answer is.
I also used to struggle with passive studying for long periods and staying consistent until utilising Anki. I have learnt to gamify it to motivate me and I can help find similar strategies to help you personalise your learning method.
I want emphasise that I like to create a comfortable environment for my students, where I would rather it be a friendly discussion of what my students find difficult and help work through it with them. I am very receptive to their needs and feedback, so always feel free to speak to me about any issues regarding my teaching style. I also enjoy competitive pokemon and am available to tutor that as well!
Thank you for reading my profile, and feel free to reach out if you're interested :)
