Hi, I'm Paul! I recently completed VCE with a 99.50 ATAR and five 40+ study scores, and I'm now studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Statistics/Data Science at the University of Melbourne. My passion for tutoring began in high school, when I started helping friends and peers with difficult concepts. I genuinely enjoy the moment when something that seemed complicated finally clicks, and I aim to make that experience a regular part of my lessons. ABOUT THE LESSONS I focus on making challenging concepts simple and helping students understand the WHY behind what they're learning, rather than simply memorising methods. Lessons are personalised to each student's needs, whether they're building confidence and fluency, preparing for SACs and exams, or pushing towards a 40+ study score. Lessons typically combine clear explanations, worked examples, guided practice and practical exam strategies. Having recently completed VCE myself, I have firsthand experience with the current VCE structure, study designs and demands. I'm patient, happy to explain concepts in different ways, and encourage students to ask questions both during and between lessons.
