When I was in high school, it felt like everyone around me was attending tutoring colleges almost every day. I wasn't. I only had one maths tutor for an hour each week — but they taught me something far more valuable than just maths: how to learn. It wasn't the number of hours spent in tutoring that made the difference; it was what I learnt during those hours. My tutor taught me how to break down unfamiliar problems, identify my own mistakes, and become an independent learner. These skills carried across every subject I studied and continue to shape the way I approach university and everyday challenges. That's the approach I bring to my own teaching. While improving marks is important, I believe the most valuable outcome is helping students build the confidence, problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently. This approach has shaped my own academic journey as well. I graduated in 2024 with an ATAR of 99.60 and am currently studying a double degree in Engineering and Architecture at the University of Sydney, where I have maintained a High Distinction WAM. With over three years of tutoring experience, I specialise in HSC Mathematics, offering Mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Extension 1, Mathematics Standard, and Years 7–10 Mathematics.
