I am a bachelor of engineering student, aiming to specialise in aerospace. I graduated in 2025 as the DUX of my school with an ATAR of 96.65. My top 4 subjects were English, specialist maths, maths methods and biology- of which, maths methods and biology, I completed a year early. I started formally tutoring at the beginning of 2026, where I have been able to work with a variety of students. My teaching style suits an interactive class where students are not just learning content, but also apply their understanding through practice, receive feedback and ask questions. I also have experience working with students who have a range of learning differences, including dyslexia, dyscalculia and ADHD, and I am flexible to adapt my teaching approach depending on the student’s learning style. With my experience, I am able to build rapport with students which allows for better learning outcomes. I have continued to help students gain better understanding of concept from their classes, perform better on tests and even feel more confident to attend school.
