Hi! I'm Owen, a first-year medical student at Adelaide University, and I'd love to help you achieve your academic goals.
I graduated with a 99.95 raw ATAR and received Merits in Mathematical Methods, Chemistry, Physics, AIF, and Music – Solo Performance. I also achieved a 98th percentile UCAT, and received first-round Medicine offers from the Adelaide University, UNSW, Griffith University, and the University of Melbourne

I place a strong emphasis on building genuine understanding, learning how to approach assessments efficiently, and refining exam technique so that students feel prepared on assessment day.

I started tutoring with Owen at the beginning of Year 12 in 2026, initially for Mathematical Methods. From the very first lessons, he was excellent at reinforcing the concepts I had learnt at school and explaining difficult topics in a way that was easy to understand.
One of the things that really set Owen apart was his extensive collection of past exam papers and practice questions. Rather than just working through textbook exercises, he consistently challenged me with a wide range of SACE-style questions, which helped strengthen my understanding and prepared me well for assessments and exams.
As the year progressed, Owen also began helping me with Chemistry. His ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt his teaching to suit both subjects made a huge difference to my confidence. He was always patient, approachable, and willing to spend extra time making sure I fully understood a topic before moving on.
