Hi, I’m Georgia Georgiou, founder of Lexis Tuition! 👋 With over 10 years of tutoring experience, I started Lexis Tuition because I know how hard it is to find a quality tutor. So many parents have come to me over the years, frustrated because the generic lessons and broad, less-personalised hiring approaches of other tutoring companies just weren’t working. Having graduated as DUX of my school (St Euphemia College) with the highest ATAR and Band 6s in English (Advanced, Extension 1, Extension 2), Legal Studies and Modern History, I personally experienced how much of a difference a good tutor can make — and how critical it is to have someone who really knows their subject, and also really knows how to teach it. From high school, I went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History (with Distinction) at UNSW, and also undertook postgraduate Education coursework at ACU. This combination of academic achievement and formal training helps me deliver effective, personalised tutoring. With all this in mind and an ever-growing waitlist, I decided that it was time to share my methods and teaching style with other tutors, helping even more students reach their full potential. I wanted to create a service where every student could receive patient, personalised support and genuine care. I’m truly passionate about helping students reach their full potential—both academically and personally—without burning out, because I understand completely how unnecessarily stressful and overwhelming school can feel at times. I want students to improve academically, and I also want to build confidence and a love for learning in them — this is, after all, the very thing that keeps the world moving forward. I’m very selective about who I hire as a tutor on my team — I’ve always delivered only the highest-quality, and I know that the quality of each tutor reflects directly on me. That’s why all our tutors are hand-picked top achievers, personally trained by me to ensure your child gets exceptional, effective, and genuinely supportive tutoring sessions. OUR TUTORS Our tutors are high-achieving university students who earned top marks in the subjects they tutor. Each tutor has proven academic excellence, deep subject understanding, and the practical skills to help students excel. They understand what it takes to earn strong marks because they’ve done it themselves — and they know how to guide students step-by-step toward the same level of success. PRICING Years 11-12 • $99 per hour for single one-hour tutoring sessions • $89 per hour where two or more hours per week are booked* *Discounted rate also applies when tutoring siblings or multiple subjects with us.
