Hi, I'm Christian, a qualified secondary teacher with over 10 years of classroom teaching experience and more than 5 years of private tutoring experience. I currently teach in a secondary school and work with students across a wide range of abilities, from those needing extra support to high-achieving students aiming for Band 6 results. I offer tutoring in English (Years 7-10), History (Years 7-10), Geography (Years 7-10), International Studies, History Elective, Ancient History, Modern History, Geography (Years 11-12), English Studies, Standard English, and Advanced English. My teaching style focuses on making learning engaging, enjoyable, and practical. I believe that strong results come from developing skills and understanding rather than simply memorising content. I work closely with students to build confidence, improve study habits, strengthen writing skills, and develop effective examination techniques. As a classroom teacher, I have extensive experience with NSW curriculum requirements, assessment tasks, and HSC expectations. I can help students with essay writing, source analysis, research projects, exam preparation, study skills, assignment planning, and content revision. My lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each student.
