Hi! I'm Matilda, a 2025 highschool graduate from Darwin High School. I am an tutor with over 2 years experience with students aged between 4 and 18. I offer online lessons, phone help and in person lessons in the Darwin area. I received an ATAR of 98.55 and studied physics (A+), maths methods (A+), chemistry (A+), Biology (A), English Literature (A) and Music Studies (A-) at a year 12 I also got a 96 percentile UCAT and was accepted into the university of Adelaide's medicine program (a position I deferred for financial reasons). I'm a big proponent of personalised lesson plans and I develop a individual plan for each student based on their goals and their timeline. I offer help with general study, exam preparation and assignments as well as general high school advice and mentoring. I can also assist with the UCAT and preparation for the science Olympiad competitions ( I was accepted into this program 4 times) I'd describe myself as a casual and fun teacher, I love including games and activities to keep students engaged. I'm also big on visual aids and interactive resources and I have a big collection of these. My general lesson cost is $25 online and Approximately $30 for in person lessons (to cover any travel costs - I will work out exact price based on location)
