Hi, my name is Amit, and I'm excited to offer my tutoring services! I have a wealth of experience, including being a Class Tutor for Linear Algebra, Real Analysis & Calculus II in the University of Melbourne. Additionally, I tutor (and have been tutoring) high school mathematics, particularly Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics.
In VCE, I achieved marks of 42 and 38 in Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics respectively. Furthermore, at an undergraduate level, I was the top student in Discrete Mathematics for Computer Science, scoring 95. In my Masters degree, I wrote a thesis in abstract mathematics, titled: Endomorphism algebras of semicuspidal modules for KLR algebras.
I believe it is so important to coax students' curiosities, and bring joy and appreciation to the act of learning. I am very patient and will guide students towards success, ensuring they truly understand the concepts taught.
In my free time, I love to cook, walk my dog, and learn French!
