Hi! My name is Jeffrey and I am currently a first year student at UNSW studying the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine. Having very recently completed the UCAT and gone through the gruelling interview process for medicine and dentistry entry in Australia, I am very connected to the mental and emotional aspect of preparation and performance. When I first started preparing for the UCAT in late 2024, I too suffered from lacklustre mock scores and the associated disappointment and disillusionment. Thus, I can empathise and resonate with the struggles faced, applying my own experience and knowledge to assist students. Additionally, whereas other larger group settings may be focused not be attuned to the requirements of the individual, I endeavour to teach to the individual, tailoring lessons to fit the individual's requirements. I am also able to tutor for IB subjects and year 7-10 subjects. I graduated from Radford College in 2025, having very recently sat the November 2025 exams. Thus, I have first-hand understanding of the IB criteria and requirements, including the syllabus content and marking style. My approach centres around finding a personalised approach that allows the student to more deeply engage with the content, improving understanding and application of knowledge.
