Hi! I'm Xavier, and I graduated from Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School last year with an ATAR of 97.8, achieving study scores above 40 in all of my VCE subjects, including raw 47 in General Maths. I enjoy helping students build confidence by breaking down complex ideas into clear, orderly steps.
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. I’m passionate about helping students not only improve their results, but also develop a genuine understanding of what they’re learning and feel more confident in their abilities.
Outside of academics, I’m a competitive chess player and coach. I teach chess at multiple schools and was the 2023 Australian U16 Blitz Chess Champion, which reflects my interest in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
