When I moved from Hong Kong to Sydney in Year 9, balancing school, friendships, and extracurriculars was honestly overwhelming at times. By Year 11 and 12, I knew I didn’t want to give up the parts of life I enjoyed, but I also didn’t want to fall short of my passion for medicine. So.. why not both?! Learning how to manage both taught me that studying effectively isn’t about doing more—it’s about understanding. With chemistry, I realised how important a structured breakdown of syllabus dotpoints and pairing them with the right examples was. As a tutor, that's what I hope I can offer you → this extensive understanding, without the hours of labour, scanning through convoluted textbooks or powerpoints.
