I am currently studying mechanical engineering and have a strong academic background in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. My studies have trained me to approach problems analytically and break complex concepts into clear, logical steps. I achieved strong results in my A Level subjects and have continued applying these skills through my engineering coursework. I also have around one year of experience teaching students from Grades 9 to 12. During this time, I delivered structured lessons, helped students work through difficult concepts, and guided them through exam style questions and past papers. This experience has helped me understand common mistakes students make and how to explain solutions in a way that improves both understanding and confidence. My teaching style focuses on building strong conceptual understanding rather than memorisation. I break problems down step by step, explain the reasoning behind each stage, and then reinforce learning through practice questions and past paper problems. I also work closely with students to identify where they are struggling and tailor lessons to address those areas. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them develop stronger problem solving skills and confidence in subjects like mathematics and science.
