|| 97.55 ATAR | 2022 HSC All-rounder | Dean's List of Academic Excellence 2024|| Hi, I’m Mia! I’m currently a third-year Medical Science student at USYD, with plans to begin postgraduate Medicine next year. I graduated in 2022 with an ATAR of 97.5. In my senior years, I didn’t always get the support I needed, and I know how overwhelming that can feel. That’s a big reason why I tutor, I want to be the kind of support I wish I had during that time!! I really believe everyone learns differently, so I adapt the way I teach to suit each student. I take the time to understand how you learn best and tailor my approach from there. More than anything, I want my students to feel comfortable. You should be able to ask questions (even the ones you think are “silly”) and not feel judged. Senior school can be stressful, and having someone in your corner makes a huge difference. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and more confident in yourself and your abilities. I provide tutoring In Biology and PDHPE. Through my Medical Science degree and major in Physiology, I’ve developed an even deeper understanding of the content. Studying these areas at a university level has strengthened both my knowledge and my ability to explain concepts clearly and in depth.
