I am currently in my second year of the Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at Flinders University, majoring in English and Psychology. My best subjects when I was in year 12 in high school were General English and General Maths, where I got an A and A- respectively. I have 2 dogs at home and like to spend time cuddling and playing with them, I also enjoy a good book - Jane Austen is my favourite author. Outside of university, I can be found studying, in the gym, with my family or my dogs. I am the secretary of Flinders Education Student Association as of 2026, and am enjoying every minute of it so far. I like to start off using worksheets to gauge where my students are academically and then use a variety of tools, specific to their needs. I believe that it is my role as a tutor to support my students, to adjust the way I teach to better fit them rather than expect my students to conform to one way of learning.
