I am currently studying a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Commerce at the University of New South Wales. My degree is heavily mathematics-based, focusing on advanced quantitative reasoning, statistics, and financial modelling. I recently completed the HSC at Baulkham Hills High School, achieving 99/100 in Mathematics Advanced and 96/100 in Mathematics Extension 1, ranking 2nd in course for Mathematics Advanced. I graduated with a 98+ ATAR and received commendable results in both the Australian Mathematics Competition and the Maths Challenge for Young Australians. Having very recently completed the HSC myself, I understand the current NSW syllabus in detail, including the exact exam structure, common question types, and the mistakes that cost students marks.
