Hi, I'm Xavier! I tutor VCE Maths Methods Units 1-4 online, one-to-one. I graduated from Viewbank College in 2025 as School Dux, with a 98.95 ATAR and a raw study score of 44 in Methods. I'm now studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Monash University. I've been tutoring privately since January 2026, mainly in Methods. What we can work on - Understanding class topics and revisiting earlier work - Tackling harder SAC and exam questions - Using CAS and setting out working clearly - Planning revision and reviewing mistakes in practice exams How lessons work You can bring questions from school, or just let me know what you're covering in class and I'll help choose a starting point. We'll work through questions together, with time for you to have a go and talk through your thinking. I use worked examples or simpler numbers to explain the tricky steps, and we can try another explanation if something still isn't clear. Practice and resources I select practice for the topics we're covering, including Methods worksheets with worked solutions, practice SACs and exam-style questions. The worksheets build from core skills to harder, multi-step problems. I'll help you choose useful practice for revision, with your school workload in mind. Lessons run on Zoom with a shared digital whiteboard, and you can keep our working for revision. I hold a valid Working with Children Check. Outside uni and tutoring, I fly gliders at Benalla.
