In Year 9, I was not placed in the top English classes at a mainstream school. Within three years, I progressed from being ranked below 90 to achieving Rank 1 in English Advanced at a selective school. This journey taught me the endurance, discipline, and strategies required to genuinely improve academic performance and to not just memorise content.
My lessons go beyond “ticking boxes.” I focus on building deep conceptual understanding, exam confidence, and adaptable writing and problem-solving skills so students can improve independently and sustainably.
