Here are the subjects I teach: Year 11/12 - English Advanced - Economics - Maths (Advanced, Extension 1 & 2) - Chemistry Year 7–10 - English - Maths - Science During my time in Year 12, I served as Head Academic Prefect at Knox Grammar School. This role involved providing continuous academic support to all boys from year 7 - 12 (2000+), not only those who were top performers. As a result, I am well-versed in interacting with a diverse cohort of students, and I aim to diagnose each student’s specific needs and tailor lessons accordingly. Here’s my approach for each subject: English Advanced ✍️ Students receive weekly notes for their texts, focusing on high-yield techniques across form, structure and language. I teach the framework that helped me achieve 20/20 in the years I ranked first in my year. ✅ Essay formula & structural framework for top-mark responses ✅ Essay, short-answer & creative writing feedback through the LMS ✅ Mock exam simulations through the LMS Economics 📈 Rather than following the syllabus chronologically (1, 2, 3, 4), we approach it in a more logical order (3, 4, 2, 1).
