My name is Darcy and I am studying a Bachelor of Data Science and Decisions under the prestigious UNSW Co-op Scholarship program. I am currently offering assistance for Maths for Year 5-12 students as well as Science and English for Year 5-10 students. I have close to 2 years of tutoring experience, working with students from Years 5 to 12 across both private tutoring and tutoring centres. I recognise that every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to suit individual needs, creating a supportive and comfortable environment while strengthening weaknesses, building effective study habits, and helping students achieve strong academic results. As a recent HSC graduate, I have completed the same syllabi students are currently studying and have a clear understanding of what schools and HSC markers are looking for. With the HSC placing increasing emphasis on applying core concepts rather than memorisation, my approach focuses on developing a deep understanding so students can confidently work through unfamiliar questions. My rate is $60/hr for Year 2 - Year 6 students and $80/hr for Year 7 - Year 12 students.
