Hi guys, my name is Samuel Voigt. I’m a recent 2025 graduate of Warners Bay High School, now studying a combined degree of Electrical Engineering (Honours)/Bachelor of Science (Physics Major) at UNSW Sydney. I achieved an ATAR of 99.55, placing first in course for all subjects at Warners Bay High. I also received Band 6/E4 results across 10 units and ranked 4th in NSW for Engineering Studies. - English Advanced (94/100) - Physics (92/100) - Chemistry (92/100) - Mathematics Advanced (Honorary Band 6 based upon the successful completion of Mathematics Extension 2) - Mathematics Extension 1 (93/100) - Mathematics Extension 2 (88/100) - Engineering Studies (98/100 including State Rank of 4th) Throughout high school I engaged in several informal tutoring opportunities while completing my studies and am now keen to take my experience and conscientious qualities into a formal environment. Through a focussed and engaging environment, I aim to instil a genuine love for learning with my students, sharing the passion I have developed over my education journey such that all students can achieve what they desire out of high school and the HSC. My HSC experience was underpinned by a strong work ethic and a disciplined approach to challenge. It also showed me firsthand how valuable personalised academic support can be during high school. The guidance I received helped me move beyond the limitations of the classroom and take ownership of my studies. It is this structure and sense of control that I now aim to pass on to my own students. A student’s desire to succeed must be channelled into the appropriate methods. To ensure success I do not just relay content, I show students how to study smart – through a dedication to conceptual understanding over rote learning and a structured and methodical review program. Through a commitment to early, exam style practice and development of successful examination strategies my students will enter their examinations (whether it is HSC or Internal Assessment) with full confidence in their ability to perform. Session Overview: - Face to face sessions can be provided on UNSW Campus. - Lessons can be conducted online via Zoom and screensharing arrangement. These online sessions provide maximal convenience and flexibility for the student. - Weekly 1-hour sessions as well as online support out of hours. (Options for increasing lesson frequency closer to exam periods). - Access to a wide variety of resources, practice exams and relevant materials. Pricings: $60 - Yr 11 and HSC Mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Extension 1, Physics and Chemistry. $70 – Yr 11 and HSC Engineering Studies. $50 – Years 7-10 (Mathematics and Science).
