Hi there, I have graduated year 12 and am currently studying Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) at Latrobe University. My subjects in year 12 were English Language, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. I aim to offer lessons tailored to each student, teaching explicitly and methodically breaking down each concept or idea as far as necessary based on individual student goals, ability and learning style. For Biology, Psychology and junior level sciences, I prioritise, and can provide, a deep understanding of each concept necessary rather than rote learning and memorisation which makes the later memorisation easier or even obsolete. For Maths, I'll help open up ways of mathematical thinking that allow you to tackle difficult questions with ease. I can build your understanding of all mathematical concepts which will allow you to easier intertwine the concepts where appropriate and hence expand your skillset enough to be comfortable in knowing you will be able to find many avenues to answer all questions. I also put central importance on core study skills and habits as these are what is most necessary for student success and aim to be a mentor in this field to set them up to have ability to reach their full potential.
