🚨99.15 ATAR🚨Maths Adv + X1, Physics🚨HSC All-Rounder🚨2025 Graduate🚨UNSW Electrical Engineering🚨 Hey! My name is Yevan and I am an HSC All-Rounder with an ATAR of 99.15. I was also the 2025 School Captain at Glenwood High School. I am now studying a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at UNSW. I accelerated HSC Mathematics Advanced and Extension 1 in 2024, and scored the highest bands (Band 6 and E4 respectively) in both courses. I also achieved the top band for HSC Physics which I also tutor as well (in addition to achieving the top band in the rest of my HSC subjects)! I am ready and willing to provide online tuition to students individually or in a group through online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Discord. I am also aware of upcoming changes to HSC syllabi across the subjects I tutor to ensure my students are always taught everything they need to know in addition to gaining the confidence in themselves to achieve highly. My teaching structure follows three steps: 1. Learn: Students learn content during my 1hr weekly online sessions (able to do more hours depending on student needs). 2. Apply: Students then have the opportunity to apply their understanding with a small, yet representative, selection of exam-style questions relevant to the topics learnt that week that I provide after each session. Solutions will be provided, as I find the ability to read over sample answers and compare them with one's own work to be essential practice for checking over one's responses quickly in an actual exam. 3. Reflect: In the next week's lesson, students have the opportunity to ask any questions about the application questions and I will go over them. Then, we will progress to the next part of the topic for the rest of the lesson. I also have past tutoring experience as an academic mentor in my high school years, in addition to being a co-founder of a volunteer tutoring program established in my final year at high school. I am flexible with availabilities and willing to work around your schedules as well.
