Hi! I’m Rachel and I’m currently a second-year medical student at Monash University. Alongside my studies, I’ve had the exciting opportunity to conduct research at Yale University in the United States, which has further strengthened both my academic and teaching experience. Having completed my VCE in 2023, I understand how challenging Year 12 can feel, and how learning, at any level, can feel especially daunting at times. I've learnt the importance of not only understanding the content, but also approaching exams with confidence and an effective strategy. I love breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps and creating a supportive environment where students can thrive. In terms of my own results, I achieved a raw study score of 49 in Biology, 45 in Mathematical Methods, and 42 in English Language, Chemistry, and Physics. In lessons, I’ll share the strategies and exam-style practice that helped me succeed, along with time-saving tips and tricks to help you walk into your exams with confidence. Above all, I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable, approachable, and motivating, helping you reach your goals and feel proud of your progress.
