Hello everybody! My name is Lachlan, and if you are struggling with the following subjects, or feel like you could be doing better in them: -Ancient History -Economics -Studies of Religion -English Advanced, Ext 1 and Ext 2 Then I believe I am a great fit for you! Firstly, I believe I have the academic qualifications to teach you. I am happy to say that I have achieved band 6s/E4s in all of these subjects as an All Rounder, in addition to having attained an outstanding ATAR of 98.30. Moreover, my current studies in a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics will further cultivate my interest with the study of social sciences and the humanities. Secondly, my teaching method will assist you, in probably the most efficient way, to improve your marks in the HSC. I focus primarily on your clarity and precision of expression and thought, as the markers at NESA don't get a lot of time to read your responses! I will also make sure any other problems with your written work will be resolved through what I call the "rinse and repeat method." It's rather simple: Do practice responses, send them to me, then I will mark them and give you feedback. You then take on that feedback and do future responses. Rinse and repeat! Thirdly, and more importantly, I have in my back pocket my own experiences of the HSC's tribulations, as well as of the HSC marking experiences of many of my own teachers to pass on to you as students. Experience can be an amazing teacher, and whether that's something as small as "if you get a 5 marker in Economics, write one and a half pages, with statistics" it can make a massive difference in what mark you get in the HSC.
